PULSAtron A Plus High Speed Models Release
Pulsafeeder, introduces three New High Speed PULSAtron A Plus series products. Our new offering has gone through extensive testing and ready to deliver outstanding performance in the most demanding applications. Compared to the existing A Plus sizes, which stroke at a maximum speed of 125 SPM, these three new sizes utilize a 250 SPM maximum rate and provide greater flow at higher pressures than has been available before.

The new models use the same KOPkits as the other A Plus pumps, equaling easier selection, and better value than ever before. Optional control features of External Pace and External Stop are available throughout the line, but for something special, the new sizes also have a 1000:1 turndown ratio option for more demanding metering applications.

1 Inch Inline Meter Control Assembly Release
Pulsafeeders 1" Inline Meter Control Assembly without the controller can be used as a standalone Hall effect meter for use with XPV Series and MicroVision series products as well as any product that has a Hall effect input. The meter is available with a controller that has a 4-20mA output.

CHEM-TECH Series XP & XPV have NSF/ANSI-61 Certification
We are extremely pleased to inform you that the CHEM-TECH Series XP & XPV pumps now have NSF/ANSI-61 Drinking Water Systems certification, as tested and listed by WQA, Water Quality Association. This certification is often required in the US for applications on potable water systems. All standard XP & XPV pumps will have this certification on the data label effective immediately.

The MicroVision Timer is a full function controller in a compact package that won’t break your budget!

The MicroVision Timer has a 2 year warranty, a compact size to save space and reduces freight costs and designed for easy installation. With pre-wiring and panel mount options, installation is quick and easy. Designed with a graphical display with large, easy to read font and a simple user interface means easy and intuitive set-up and programming. Statistics screen with relay run time and battery backup in case of electrical outage. Key Features include 5 selectable timers, 5 digital inputs with relay outputs and multiple timer formats. The controller can be programmed in Pulse mode for use with a water meter, Percent mode, 28 Day Biocide timer mode or Cycle mode.

CHEM-TECH Series XPV Release
The CHEM-TECH XPV Series pump while being both rugged and reliable combines the best in variable speed peristaltic pump technology with state of the art control electronics, providing unparalleled performance, control and value. The XPV represents the leading edge of microprocessor performance management, which allows a variety of choices of input signal types, and onboard timer programs to customize this pump to any application. The electronic management system matches the Variable Speed motor to the real-time dosing requirements as directed by a 4-20mA signal, Hall Effect or Dry Contact pulse input, External Stop or manual operation in Fixed Speed mode. The pump can even be programmed with a Cycle Timer to run automatically at set intervals, or with a Daily Timer to add chemical based on days of the week.

The large LCD Display allows for simple, intuitive program selections, and clearly displays operating parameters. The Flow Totalization menu accurately reports the volume of chemical pumped at the touch of a button. Tubing Materials - Our standard Norprene tube material is available in Low Pressure ratings which offer extended tubing life, and High Pressure ratings to meet demanding system requirements. The optional Fluran material tubing offers greater chemical resistance.

The CHEM-TECH XPV Series offers Duplex Head Models which utilize two pump heads to deliver twice the flow, or the rated flow of two different chemicals simultaneously.
