The MEC-O-MATIC product line includes both Diaphragm and Peristaltic pumps with the ability to handle your chemical solution and slurry metering needs.
Industrial Construction
The MEC-O-MATIC line was designed, engineered, and built to last, from the pump case which is molded of a rugged, chemical resistant ABS to the thermal
or impedance protected gear motor. All metal gearing parts, which are heat-treated, and the output shaft supported by heavy duty bearings makes depending
on the MEC-O-MATIC the right choice.
Application Expertise
The MEC-O-MATIC Series pumps can be used in many different applications from feeding chemicals, detergents, liquid enzymes,
and fragrances to slurry and difficult drain/grease cleaning situations. Typical applications for MEC-O-MATIC pumps are water treatment, cooling towers,
swimming pools, boilers, agriculture, laundries, carwashes, livestock, metal finishing, warewashing, waste treatment facilities.

- Series Dolphin
- Exclusive quick-release, twist-off, head.
- Self-lubricating chemical resistant roller assembly.
- Heavy-duty shaded pole gear motor with lifetime lubrication.
- Feed rates from 13 gpd (2.05 lph) to 97 gpd (15.3 lph) at 25 psi (1.72 bar).
- Series Stingray
- Feed rates from 8 gpd (1.26 lph) to 90 gpd (14.19 lph) and up to 100 psi (6.9 bar).
- Chemical-resistant plastic casing.
- Corrosion-resistant rubber and plastic solution handling components.
- Series T2000
- Consistent misting pattern for maximum effectiveness.
- Capacity of 180cc/6 oz. per minute at 100 psi (6.9 bar).
- Wide angle misting nozzle provides optimum pattern.
- Series VSP
- Dispense low volumes of chemicals at exacting amounts.
- Feed rates from 12 gpd (1.89 lph) to 20 gpd (3.15 lph) at 25 psi (1.72 bar).
